Bhavya brings a well-rounded mix of financial, analytical and operational expertise to her role as Head of Business Strategy & Operations at MES.

A graduate in Economics from the Symbiosis School of Economics, she began her career at TresVista, a financial services firm, where she spent 2.5 years as Analyst and Senior Analyst. During this time, she worked with investment banking, private equity, and management consulting clients, supporting transactions, conducting market research, building fiancial models and offering strategic analysis.

In her current role at MES, she works closely with the leadership team in a founder’s office capacity—developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), streamlining workflows, and overseeing day-to-day business operations and administration. She also manages select client relationships, ensuring smooth coordination and contributing to the company’s operational efficiency and growth.
